The Computer Vision Network is governed by a management board headed by the coordinator. The management board is composed one representative from each primary node and is responsible for oversight of network activities including approval of changes in the network composition. The management board meets at least once per year to approve the network budget and activities.
The activities of the network are to be administered by a steering committee. The steering committee is a small (rotating) subset of the management board which will have day-to-day responsibility for oversight of particular network activities. The steering committee is appointed by the management board at the annual meeting.
